allPlay is a youth sports coaching tool designed to help coaches create balanced lineups and manage playing time fairly. This privacy policy explains how allPlay handles information entered into and generated by the app.
Data Collection
allPlay does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. All data you enter into the app — including player names, roster details, lineup configurations, and game settings — is stored exclusively on your device and never leaves it.
No Account Required
allPlay does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information such as your name, email address, or payment details to use the app's core features.
In-App Purchases
allPlay offers an optional in-app purchase to unlock full functionality. Payment transactions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's own privacy policy.
allPlay never sees, receives, or stores your payment information of any kind.
App Store Analytics
allPlay uses Apple's App Store analytics to understand aggregate app usage patterns such as download numbers and feature engagement. This data is collected and managed by Apple in accordance with their privacy policy and is not linked to any personally identifiable information.

No Third-Party Sharing
allPlay does not share any data with third parties beyond Apple's standard App Store and payment infrastructure described above. We do not use advertising networks or any third-party SDKs that collect user data.
PDF Export
When you export a lineup as a PDF, that file is generated and saved locally on your device. allPlay has no access to exported files once they leave the app.
Children's Privacy
allPlay is designed for use by coaches and does not knowingly collect any information from or about children. Player names entered into the app are stored only on the coach's device and are never transmitted or accessible to us.
Changes to This Policy
If the app's data practices change in a future update, this policy will be updated accordingly. The date at the top of this page will always reflect when it was last revised. Continued use of the app following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
